The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers and traders in the EU. This platform allows you to submit your complaint online and have it handled by an independent dispute resolution body.

4. Court Proceedings

These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from them are governed by Belgian law.

5. Applicable Law

These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by Belgian law. The parties agree that any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably before resorting to formal proceedings.
