2. EU Online Dispute Resolution Platform
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform for consumers and traders in the EU. This platform allows you to submit your complaint online and have it handled by an independent dispute resolution body.

If alternative dispute resolution is not successful or you prefer to go directly to court, you have the right to bring legal proceedings in the competent courts.
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from them are governed by applicable national and EU consumer protection law. The courts of the applicable jurisdiction have competence to resolve any disputes.
5. Applicable Law
These Terms of Use and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by applicable national and EU law. The parties agree that any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably before resorting to formal proceedings.
