Please note that although our used iPhone, refurbished phones and tablets are of the highest quality, their water resistance is not guaranteed. The battery is guaranteed for 1 year. And the warranty does not cover any software or hardware damage caused by the user. In these cases, the customer assumes all responsibility and refunds or exchanges may not be possible.

However, if a product is defective or does not meet your expectations, we ask that you contact us with proof of purchase and the original packaging within the 14-day free return period or the warranty period. We are committed to resolving any problems and responding to your concerns to your satisfaction.

Our accessories, such as MagSafe chargers and standard chargers, are guaranteed for 6 months. Please note that gift items, free items, cell phone cases and screen protectors are not covered by the warranty.
