Important Note: Important Note: Although our used iPhone, mobile phones and refurbished tablets are of the highest quality, their water resistance is not guaranteed. Water damage is not covered under warranty.
2.2 Accessories & Audio Products
Our range of accessories, such as AirPods, smart watches, speakers, and other audio products, have warranty periods that comply with the manufacturer's or supplier's recommendations.
- AirPods & Headphones: Manufacturer warranty (typically 12 months) or 6 months minimum
- Smart Watches: Manufacturer warranty or 6 months minimum
- Speakers & Audio: Manufacturer warranty or 6 months minimum
- MagSafe Chargers: 6 months warranty coverage
- Standard Chargers & Cables: 6 months warranty coverage
If warranty periods are not explicitly stated on the product, you can be sure that they still have a warranty period of 6 months minimum.
2.3 Items Not Covered by Warranty
The following items are excluded from warranty coverage:
- Gift items and promotional free items
- Mobile phone covers and cases
- Screen protectors and protective films
- Consumable items and disposable accessories
3. Warranty Coverage Details
3.1 What's Covered Under Warranty
✓ Manufacturing Defects
Flaws in materials or construction present at the time of manufacture or refurbishment
✓ Hardware Failures
Component failures, electronic malfunctions, camera issues, sensor problems, connectivity failures

Screen malfunctions, dead pixels, touch responsiveness issues (excluding physical cracks or damage)
✓ Battery Performance (1 Year)
Excessive battery degradation beyond normal wear during the 1-year battery warranty period
✓ Functional Defects
Products that fail to perform as intended under normal use conditions
3.2 What's NOT Covered Under Warranty
Warranty coverage does NOT include:
- User-Caused Damage: Any software or hardware damage caused by the user. In these cases, the customer assumes all responsibility and refunds or exchanges may not be possible.
- Physical Damage: Cracks, dents, scratches from drops, impacts, or accidents
- Water & Liquid Damage: Damage from water, beverages, or other liquids. Water resistance is NOT guaranteed on used and refurbished devices.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Damage from repairs or modifications performed by non-authorized technicians
- Software Issues: Viruses, malware, jailbreaking, unauthorized software modifications, or user-installed software issues
- Cosmetic Wear: Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, fading, or aesthetic deterioration that doesn't affect functionality
- Lost or Stolen Items: Products that are lost, stolen, or misplaced
- Misuse or Neglect: Damage from improper use, neglect, or failure to follow product instructions
- Acts of Nature: Fire, flood, lightning, earthquakes, or other force majeure events
4. How to File a Warranty Claim
If a product is faulty or does not meet your expectations, we ask that you contact us with proof of purchase and the original packaging within the 14-day free return period or the warranty period. We are committed to resolving any problems and responding to your concerns to your satisfaction.
