- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached

The following items cannot be returned:

3. How to Initiate a Return
Step-by-Step Return Process:

We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping label within 24-48 hours.
Package Your Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include the RA number inside the package.
Ship the Return
Attach the prepaid shipping label and drop off at any authorized shipping location.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return (5-7 business days), your refund will be processed.
Important: Returns without a Return Authorization number may be refused or delayed. Always contact us before shipping a return.

5. Exchanges
